Calendar Cubes

The person who solved the published solution made a mountain out of a molehill. He assumes that the cube faces must represent the day as a decimal. But no such restriction is given, and since cubes are much better suited to base-6, there really isn't any problem to solve. Two base-6 digits are more than adequate to represent 31 days.

Let me guess; you're a human factors specialist?  :-)

I'm sure a receptionist would love to report meetings taking place on January 31 that actually occur on the nineteenth day...

LOL. The receptionist might not mind if her species had a number of fingers more arbitrary than 10. Say 6. :-)

put 1,2,3,4,5,6 on one cube and
put 1,2,7,8,9,0 on the other
