That's Superman... DC comics characters live in fake cities, Marvel comics characters tend to live in real cities.

Yep.  I believe since Marvel is based up in NY...most (not all) of the characters "live" in the state of New York.  I could be wrong though.

It is cool to see Marvel movies and in the back drop see a very real NEw York landscape...unlike the DC movies.
