One Thousand a month?
Joel States:
"If you really want an office in one of these executive suites you're going to pay through the nose: about five to ten times as much as comparable office space. It's like living in a hotel instead of living in an apartment, or flying Concorde to London. Yeah, it's convenient, but is it really $10,000 a month convenient?"
Joel: are you saying that you are only paying $1-2K for your brownstone? If so, how soon till you move out?

Not exactly...
Our current office is going to be renovated into a palatial rental apartment at $6000/month after we move out in the summer.
The executive office type places ask about $200/sqft (pa). The going rent in Class A buildings is $25-$40/sqft; our new space in a renovated loft building is $20.
