DRM is _such_ a Good Thing
Come September 1st, I'm reliably informed some certificate at Microsoft (or possibly licence), expired and downstream broadcasters had their stream delivery broken.
It seems MS has neglected to make this public.
Corporate embarrassment aside, it does highlight probable future problems when device drivers will have to have a valid certificate to even be installed, let alone valid certificates for the playing of music and videos that the user has perfectly good title to but is unable to play because some third party's certificate has expired.
