Be careful, IconFactory collections are NOT free for application  use. At least not non-personal apps.

The guys at http://www.IconExperience.com have a few very nice collections and a small set of free icons, and http://www.glyfx.com/products/free.html has a free set of the most common toolbar icons. http://www.GUIIcons.com also has a few nice collections of reasonably priced icons.
