Yea, I guess that makes more sense. Also the part about "Hello" is interesting. I also read somewhere that Google is in talk with an Indian company regarding a Google Messenger.

I think Google just see it as bridging the gap between the camera and the net.

Picassa is an excellent desktop application and I hope that they do not discontinue it. I've purchased at least 8 copies for friends and family.
