REL and REV attributes for <a>

I noticed in the W3C reference that the <a> tag supports two attributes: rel and rev.  Apparently, these define relationships between the link and the current page.

Does anyone know if any browsers currently use this information to provide additional functionality?

For example, "Next" and "Previous" hotkeys could be used to locate and trigger links.  Like when browsing an on-line book.  A "Help" hotkey could jump to help pages.  Etc...

You might have guessed it, but Mozilla browsers support it, I think Opera does to an extent as well.

The best implementation though is not to use it on anchors but on a set of LINK s in the header of the page.  Then you can get your own toolbar of things like Next, Previous and so on.
