Outlook 2003 and Hotmail

I'm trying to configure Outlook 2003 to be my mail client for Hotmail. I'm doing everything that's in this page: http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=287424 . Yet, it keeps on crashing with an unknown error.

Has anyone tackled this?
