Interesting. Looking at it, it seems to be targeted at projects which demand high reliability, yet need to do low-level mucking around. It's a research language, so I doubt you'll find anyone with any real-world experience with it. I could see something like thing being used in embedded programs or maybe device drivers, but I don't think it's designed for the C#/Python crowd. Something to keep an eye on I guess...
