Just a "thank you" Joel

I had my interview this afternoon, and it went very well. Those C++ "refresher" links came in very helpful, from the kind folks here.

This morning, I made a mental note of the 12 qualities of good dev shops, and they came in very handy.  They were an excellent starting point, and they also gave me something to lead with during the inevitable lulls in the discussion.

ps. They scored 11/12 on the questions I asked, and from what they volunteered. No nightly builds, but close to it anyways.
