Does integrating an application with a client's Navision system, while corresponding with the client's highly overpaid, underknowledged, Navision consultants count?
I'll assume it wasn't you ;-)

I used to work for a bunch of years with Oracle Applications.
Its a monstrosity of an ERP application.
Im not working with it any longer on a daily basis, however the client calls once in a while and needs stuff done.

I am into SAP. Slowing down a bit but still moving ahead.
I see they have Microsoft got many solutions: Great Plains, Navision and Exapta. What is different to these solutiuons -- same strategy / target markets?

Great Plains (acquired by Microsoft) big in the US,
for medium sized company
Navision (recently acquired by Microsoft) big in the Europe,
for medium sized company
Axapta for larger company
They do have a road map for these 3 products to next 10-12 years
The idea is to merge these 3 product into a on with in a decade ...
