Gemini Issue tracking software

I know that this is a rather heretical topic to discuss on Joel's site but....

Has anyone used Gemini by Countersoft (http://www.countersoft.com). Written with ASP.Net, based on SQL Server, only £50 for unlimited users. It all sounds too good to be true.

I have had a quick play, but has anyone used it for anything significant? What do you think? Any major problems?

Does anyone know anything about Countersoft?: their website is a bit short on company details.

I like it. Takes awhile to get use to it. I liked the original workflow better.

The Project Dashboard page is pretty nice to me....  overall, it has all the basic things you need in a web project management software
