Role Change

At the beginning of this year I was looking for work and was offered a great position as a network admin. My prev roles have all centred on dev whether desktop or web but I've perform various netadmin work in 99% of these positions, so knew I could handle the work.

As in most things I know enough to be useful, but not enough to be masterful (yet). And my question is, has anyone come across a forum like JoS but for admin work (specifically MS networks, although we have as/400s and linux)?
