US Universities

Hi all
I'm a bit late in choosing a high school in the US.
I haven't got much time left, but I lack knowledge
in the field. My choice is anything that concern
electronic and computer architecture in Major and
doing computer-programming in Minor.

I'll be very happy if someone suggest me a good
school that will accept student after June or July
because we have another exam.....

BTW, I don't have internet at home (and I'll do all that
I can to view the replies) But it will be kind to send me
a mail.

You don't normally choose your high school. Perhaps you mean college? Don't tell me, you haven't been to the US. And now that your 1st college has not accepted you, you are scrambling.

Your choices are:

- Community colleges in any state. Cheap, 2 yr programs, often easy to get visas for
- Third tier vocational colleges like Arizona State, DeVry and ITT. Expensive 2-3 yr programs, often will hold your hand on the visa for $.
- Wait till next year and try again.

To be honest: You're too late. There are universities that have a deadline of June 1st, but you'll have a hard time picking those out and find the right one for you and manage to apply within the deadline.

Of course you could bet your luck and try to get in where they have some vacant seats, though I'll not recommend it.
