help me about to read PS/2

I want to write a program with VC++ about read and write
from PS/2
But I dont Know about how to read from PS/2?
I write a Project about Serialport and I use This link http://www.wince.org.uk/vc/intermediate/serialrw.htm
now I want a sample similar to http://www.wince.org.uk/vc/intermediate/serialrw.htm
under Windows with VC++.net
I search a site or a friend that help me about PS/2

Original poster, find some OLD used books about DOS and BIOS interrupt level programming. I personally haven't touched port 0x2f8 or 0x3f8 for 10+ years.
