Is Empower Gone?

I tried going to the Empower link, and it send you to sign up for the parnter program with Microsoft... Anyone know what's going on?

I just signed up for it yesterday, as the other poster mentioned sign up as a partner first.

The interesting thing about it is that it's now renewable for a second year, and the announcement deadline is now 18 months, release deadline is 24 months.

First they drop the price from $750 to $375 with an entry deadline of Dec. 31 2003, then the deadline gets extended, now it's renewable for a second year...it makes me wonder why the deal just keeps getting sweeter.  Very odd.
