The number of forum posts depends on the wheather?

I have often noticed that the number of forum posts depends on the wheather.

If it's sunny outside, people don't post a lot.

If it's gloomy, people post a lot.

:-)

However, I'm not sure if this is correct, since I don't live in the US.

How is the weather now in the US?

How's the weather in Russia? Or any other huge land mass? It depends on where you are in the US.

Looks like sever thunderstorms across the great plains, rain and thunderstorms through the Ohio valley, and Severe thunderstorms down off the Gulf of Mexico. Cloudy throughout the midwest in general, and elsewhere sunny. Temeperatures are slightly higher than seasonal averages most places, except cool across the rockies.

It's currently 75 F and sunny here in the east coast of North Carolina, USA....
