oracle translation builder

Hi All

I am currently working in oracle Translation Builder.

I read the document in oracle metalink "Create A Translation Using Translation Builder". But didnt find any example.

I am facing a few problems. Can anybody suggest me some link or some example solution for translation an .fmb file from say American English to someother language.

Also, please tell me the pre-requisites involved for the same.(i.e do i need to add NLS entry for that "to" language as well?)
