i am planning to take up ocp or oracle certified professional exam.
i would really appreciate if you could provide me some suggestions on,
i. where i can find materials required for the same online for free?
ii. does the industry give value to this certification?

You can't afford to spend $30 on the study guide? What do you hope to accomplish by getting this certification? What is your background? Where do you live? Is there a college library nearby?
