Not having seen a single episode of this show you guys are going on and on about, I can now reveal who will get to win the bloody thing.
How come?
Easy. In any last one of these things it is just the look that counts. You have to look the part. Didn't research show that basically a hire/don't hire decision is made in the first few seconds the candidate walks into the interview room?
So, after I followed the link to that site where you can see the mugshots, it's a piece of cake.
The only person that has the look is Nick Warnock.

He basically said Kwame never did anything. At this point I think he knows he's not hiring Troy or Kwame. His decision to get rid of Troy this week was probably to set up next week somehow.
If he really wants to evaluate Bill why not eliminate the Troy variable so he can evaluate him alone - Kwame being almost worthless at this point. If you leave Troy in, you won't know if Bill is performing on his own, or using some Troy muscle.

Kwame won't win. I mean heck, why would any corporate executive want an intelligent, well spoken, good looking black man with a Harvard MBA on his team...
Do you realize that Nick the Dick could actually be in the top 3...the greatest copier salesman in California could make the cut, it's a sad day in river city...
I still think it's Amy and Bill at the end. Kwame could be better than we've seen due to editing, but Carolyn said the words in the boardroom - he lacks real world experience - leads me to believe they put him at #3 too.
Only time will tell...and internet rumors of course.
