DirectShow's "Generate Still Video" filter

I asked about this filter in the Microsoft directx.misc newsgroup. The filter isn't public (see below) and it's in "qedit.dll". Knowing this, how would I get the interface to set a property of that filter's output pin? (I really just want to set the duration... got the filter from the Microsoft guy's post, having a hard time setting the duration.

The source filter "Generate Still Video" is not a public filter.
The CLSID for this filter is :
