Yeah, I'm in "Canada" (because my ISP is) and so I don't see Froogle unless I click "Go to google.com".

Blame Google. They "force" you to go where they think you should go based on where they think you are sitting (assuming that where you are sitting is where you want to go). So I always end up at a German Google regardless of the fact that I typed google.com. If I had wanted German Google then I would have typed google.de or .at.
