Is it against the law to read this blog?

I'm a software (well, ASP) product manager and I read your blog. I'm a blogger, too. I need to understand my developers because I am, at times, their only champion around here. There are days when I think my head is going to explode and the developers and I are the only people who think straight. Is this normal? Should I learn to write code and quit this job?
