ISP in LA

I'm moving from NY to LA this summer, and doing research on the various services I'll need to set up.

Any recommendations on broadband service in LA?  I'm looking for something reliable, good customer service would be nice, without any crippling features.  Just clean internet, no hassles.  Oh, and cheap (just kidding... sort of).

I'd love to hear positive AND negative experience.

I hear Speakeasy is pretty good. (haven't used it myself but a lot of acquaintences like it)
