Dave, you need to be a bit more specific about what you are looking for.

Software Houses - Are you looking for company profiles?? Are you looking for industry reports??? etc

Outsourcing - In the news?? Academic papers?? Personal sob stories?? etc

Error-free processing - Companies that offer this snake oil?? Succcess stories?? Technical methods and processes for achieving this (more snakeoil)??

I'm just looking for general information about software houses.  What procedures/methods/testing they use to produce error free code.  To be honest I'm not totally sure what outsourcing is, but I need to find out and relate it to software houses on the internet.
