I thought it was pretty brilliant. So often on JOS we see complaints about programmers being seriously screwed by managements.

They probably could do something about this if they decided to because, let's face it, servers and software are pretty important.

Help desk isn't programming, but I take my hat off to these guys for having a few balls. I hope they get better settlements or whatever. It's the way other occupations manage their affairs.
