I've got Tivo, they're going out of their way to screw me.  2 eps ago was scheduled for friday.  Thursday evening I turn on my TV, thinking I'll be catching the tail end of Survivor, and I'm seeing the boardroom of Apprentice.  Ack.  Up until the previous evening there was no Apprentice until friday evening, not thursday.

They do stuff like run from 7:59 to 9:01.  They reschedule at the last minute.  They often run long without notification, so if you let Tivo grab it you find the recording stops just as a team files into the boardroom.  They often schedule a show, but you watch it and find "paint drying on the walls of the dumb and boring".

The show pisses me off.  It's good.  It's addicting.  But they're doing they're damndest to ensure people like me watch it when they want me to watch it.  And I'm not gonna be doing that.

Missed the episode last week, (even though I had a PVR, had to record two other shows in the same time slot!) so I was happy to see the rerun yesterday.  I live in the neighborhood those appartments were in.  In case you wondered, the food at "The Hill Diner" isn't very good.  When I go to the paint store this weekend I'm going to have to ask if the apprentices bought their paint there.
