Layout reflow bug on Mozilla Firefox

which I've reported on http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=235323

The index page to http://discuss.fogcreek.com/joelonsoftware is broken on the 0.8 Firefox release.

I'm using Firefox on Windows, and I don't see anything amiss. What specifically do you see that's wrong? Perhaps you should attach a screenshot to the bug report.

Also on version .08, Win 2k, no problems here. Just switched from IE and I can't believe I didn't do it sooner.

I've noticed that too, every once in a while (I forget under what conditions) the text at the top overlaps.

Also, if you have a fixed width table (I think) when you shrink the browser, rather than creating  a scroll bar on the bottom, the text goes irrevocably off the left side.

I've never seen it.  Out of curiosity, do you have any Extensions installed?

I've added a screenshot to the bug.

If I had time this evening I'd run it through the Layout Debugger thingy but I haven't.  This is an upgraded over 0.6 version and right now there's no Extensions enabled.

that happens to me *occassionally*, both back in the Firebird days and now in the Firefox days.  Windows 2k.

"do you have any Extensions installed?"

Flash click to View
(at http://extensionroom.mozdev.org/more-info.php/flashclick ), which replaces all Flash animations with a thing that you have to click on to make it play. This neutralizes Flash ads, and  you just click once if you really want to see a Flash.
