Web Server set-up : Help!!!

My posting from yesterday on this - is lost.. i cannot find it - hence the repeat..

I had obtained two domain names - and set them up in zoneedit with Dynamic IP Client. The problem is : When i try to browse to those domains - i get the web page of the registrar - Can i anyone tell me what i should do to fix this?

The problem isn't your web server, but your DNS setup. You need to take the following steps:

1. Establish a DNS Server at a fixed IP address that is authoritative for your domain. Your web hosting provider may provide one, or your domain registrar, or you may have to set it up yourself (have fun; it's not hideously complex, but most first-timers do fall down a lot).

2. List your web servers in their respective domains.

3. Read the Network Administrator's Guide, available online, to get a good understanding of how the domain name system works. It's not trivial, and you won't be able to learn how to manage your domains just by asking a few questions on boards (although hopefully we can help you through the rough spots).

Your registrar isn't pointing to zoneedit. Log on to your registrar's websit and point the DNS record to wherever zoneedit tells you to point it.

- sign up for the service using complete information
- you will get your password via email in about 1 hour
- log in to your account and click "add zones"

- a pair of nameservers will be assigned to you
- contact your registrar and tell them to change the nameservers for your domain
- wait 3 days for the change to take place
