Visio - Saving Window Layouts with the Document.

Why does Visio do this?

I can't stand it.  Everytime I create a new document, I have to re-position all of the tool-windows where I want them.

Furthermore, what happens when somebody else opens it and they move the windows then save it??

Arrg!  What a stupid design.

I also seem to remember that Visio used to "remember" which printer you last printed a document to, rather than just defaulting to the Windows default printer, like it should do.

This was even if you closed the file, then re-opened it the next day.
