Get Google to list most popular downloads

Just noticed a curious side effect of searching google for the word "get", it seems to list the most popular downloads and plugins.

Unless there are more popular ones that don't include the word get.

Its one of the insidious things about searching, you might believe its the only result.

The highest page ranks in the Google universe are the gizmos you need to consume web sites: Acrobat Reader, Real, IE, etc. That's because a million people are posting, e.g., documents in PDF format with a link to download the reader.
