Yeah! Thats pretty cool. (Its the last paragraph on page 2 for those who cant be arsed to read the whole thing.)
I particularly like the quote "She added that Borland is undergoing an image change: "Borland has historically been a leading-edge company. That is a fine image to have, but if Borland really wants to be taken seriously in the minds of CIOs, who are now being held accountable from the line of business, they need to shift their focus and how they approach the market."
I'll bet they never hired away a marketer from Borland.
Scotts Valley is a good place to grow programmers. Much better than Redmond. Scotts Valley gets more rain yet has more sunshine and you can surf 10 minutes down the road in Santa Cruz.
