Start an open source project get knighted

Who says open source doesn't pay.  Just noticed on Slashdot that "Tim Berners-Lee has been promoted to Knight Commander of the Order of the British Empire" http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/technology/3357073.stm

The knighthood was for initiating the work that made the web possible as a distributed source of information. It was not for developing an "open source project."

To put things in perspective, I noticed on the link about his being Knighted, that the coach of a Rugby team was also Knighted.

Creating the web is as good as winning at Rugby.  Coaching may even pay better.

Not quite "a rugby team", it was more "the England rugby team"...
