Registry entries for registering COM DLLs
Could someone post a link or the actual text for the registry entries that allow you to righ-click on a .DLL file and get the pop-up menu "Register DLL".
It is so much easier than shelling out to the command line and typing regsvr32...
I always forget to move these to my new computer...
Thanks

If you get a 404 error from last post, remove the space at the end of the URL.

Right click
Open With
Choose Program
(choose \windows\regsvr32.exe)
Click "Always open with this program"
From now on just double click the DLL to register it.
Repeat for OCXes.
Since there's not much ELSE you would want to do with a DLL or OCX other than register it this doesn't really seem to get in the way of anything...
