Printing Screenshot In Outlook

Do you know why I get a little cross in a square when printing an e-mail instead of the JPEG image I can see on my screen.

Is it an Oulook Setup ?
We're running on Microsoft Exchange Server

If I do a screenshot and put it into Word I get all the graphics whether I am online or not.

I also get the graphics when I print out the email.

Now when I first download the email I need to be online to see the graphics, because the HTML email merely gives me the link to the graphics. Also if I email a web page it will only show the graphics if the other person is on line and can link to them.

You need to give us more details of exactly what you are trying to do and which program you are trying to print from.

I'm trying to print an e-mail from Microsoft Outlook

The screen shots in those e-mail have been pasted from
SnagIt.

I can see the screenshots in my "Inbox" or "Sent Item"
in Microsoft Outlook 2000.

However when I print those e-mail from Outlook to a printer I get a little cross in an empty square.

Can this be due to a set up somewhere in
Microsoft Outlook 2000

OR

in Microsoft Exchange Server

I get it. You're not printing a screen shot of the email. The screen shots are the .jpgs in the mail that are not being printed.

Word has a setting that lets you choose whether to print graphics or not, but Outlook doesn't seem to have that setting.

Are you sure the files are .jpg's and not some kind of proprietory format. What happens when you cut and paste the email into Word.

Another thing that has occurred to me is that possibly the screen shots are too big for the memory of the printer, which therefore just prints the space instead.
