VS.NET 2002 IDE Keyboard Shortcut Question

The text editor in the Visual Studio 6.0 has a default keyboard shortcut mapped to CTRL+J and CTRL+K that would take the cursor to the beginning (CTRL+J) or ending (CTRL+K) scope-containing #if/#endif/#else lines

Does anyone know what they are in VS.NET 2002/2003

I can't seem to find any command to map a keysequence to?

too many options, too little time

Why not switch the keyboard mappings over to the VS6.0 ones: Tools > Options > Environment > Keyboard > Keyboard Mapping Scheme...
