small business software licenses

I'm looking into selling software components as a side business, and am curious about EULA's. Is anyone aware of where I can get some good background information on these?

Yes, I will be consulting a lawyer on this, but I would like to get a head start on this myself.

Has anyone come across a site explaining the general parts of common EULA's, as well as offering public domain boilerplate licenses?
