Online reference libraries

I am a Safari subscriber ( http://safari.oreilly.com ) but am looking for an online source that has a more complete coverage of MSPress? My budget is around 15$-20$ a month. Any suggestions?

I'm not sure that too much from MS-Press is available online - legally, at least.  I would like to find good source, also.

OTOH, I found that I could get most (if not all) of Safari's content on-line for free (and legally) through my local public library. They subscribe to netlibrary.com (at http://www.netlibrary.com/ ) and I have access to it from anywhere with a net connection (not ject at the library). The do seem to have a decent selection of technical books.

I'm also able to get a large number of books online throught the local Library. My library uses Books 24x7.

Good stuff!
