Sure, I'm in for that.

How about trying to use this meetup.com to organize the meeting (rather than endless back and forth here)? (I've been wanting to try it.)

Hey Reginald,

I saw recently that you're doing a stand up routine, I mean presentation, at the next XP/Agile Toronto meeting. Looking forward to it.

You should plug it here. Oops, I already did.

Prakash S
Tuesday, November 4, 2003

Yes, that is where 102.1 The Edge is. :)  222 Yonge to be exact.  In the Eaton's Centre.

They can call it the 102.1 the Edge all they want. It's still CFNY to me. And I miss the Alternative Bedtime hour. :-)

Nathan,

"Dos... Cervesos, two beers in spain"

dos cervezas

beer is female, also in spain are well differentiated the Z and C, but in several spanish countries as south-america are pronounced as "S".

I'll taste two beers in lunch here, Toronto must wait.

I think I win the commuting sweepstakes so far. I live in Barrie and work in the south end of Etobicoke (427 & QEW).

As always, beer sounds good.

Is anyone else disturbed when they realize how largely local what seemed like such a global discussion group really is?  :-) I've found this on quite a few boards: Us Canadians are very prolific on the net.

Oh Tim, I miss the Alternative Bedtime as well.  I guess that sort of ages us. :)  Hmmmm.... Danny Elwell....  I actually heard her recently on another station, I can't remember which one.  Maybe Mojo, I remember that it was on some sort of national show and I think she was actually in Winnipeg.

Or the "No repeat" workday, or even the all-request breakfast/nooner.

Sigh.

The nooner is still around (I think), but the breakfast has been cut from a Saturday/Sunday thing to just Saturday.
