Class Visualization tool

Can anyone recommend a good tool for visualizing C++ hierarchies?  I used to use CodeVizor but I think it has been discontinued and out-of-business since 2000.  It is one function that is missing from Visual Studio so I'm finding that I need a 3rd party drawing tool to do this.
