I'm not a big fan of that CityDesk icon. It looks like something from the icon index in the back of my 1994 VB manual.

Ooh, battleship gray with a caret! It looks so nice on my desktop next to the XP icons.

I suspect that implementing it will coincide with a web site redesign. Given the obvious entry-page compromise at http://www.fogcreek.com, I suspect they are waiting until they've settled into the new office before working on the website.
