Perhaps I'm too cynical, but that site seems to only accept payment by PayPal and the contact email is at some guy's college alumni domain.

Doesn't exactly fill me with confidence, although maybe I just sound like Joel and his commas criteria.

The page also promises delivery for October 2003, but it isn't there yet.  It doesn't inspire confidence.

Looks to me like the man at Remotesoft has made a strategic error.  He is trying to sell his solution as shrinkwrapped software when he should be providing it as a service.

Also, while IANAL, I'm fairly sure that if you actually distributed an application after using his linker, you'd be breaking the EULA for the .NET runtime, which allows for redistribution, but not for slicing and dicing what does and does not get redistributed.  Having the thing work, technically, is only part of the problem.
