Comment Spam It seems more and more people are having problems with spam in the comments section of their blogs and forums. Does anyone have any specific incidents of this? Solutions?

There are some solutions coming up. Sam Ruby http://www.intertwingly.net/ has some interesting ideas, but most people concerned with the problem seem to have settled on either a moderated discussion (all posts are emailed to the blog owerner for approval) or some sort of blacklist (there is a maintained mt-blacklist file/module.
