I hear there is one from Zabaware. The main problem with it is the annoying salespeople who make advertising posts to discussion boards badly disguised as questions.

Since the OP wants one *like* the Zabaware one, I'm assuming they tried the Zabaware one and didn't like it, and are now looking for something else.

So we can draw the conclusion that the Zabaware product sucks.

@Electro: An alternative product could be those pesky Office Assistants which a normal user never installs. One can also see that Microsoft is giving them up. On every version they are more in the background when installing Office. In the latest Office 2003 they're "Install when used for the first time".

I don't know if you can make money with your business model as similar - and malfunctioned - assistant was offered a few years ago on the web-site of boo.com (one of the biggest flops of dot com era). Anyway, good luck with it.

And improve your marketing... this sucks!
