Java Language Conversion Asst 2.0

Anyone used this?  I just downloaded & installed it.  I also downloaded the compiled help files that came with it. 

How do I use this thing?  I can't open the help file (.HxS file), when I view the documentation for Visual Studio, it just talks about general porting methods, nothing specific to this tool. 

Is there any way to open a .HxS file?  I'm sure I'm overlooking something simple, but I can't find it for the life of me!
