RSS and the Ars Digita Post Why does this entry get repeatedly marked as "modified" and appear in my RSS reader (Bloglines), even though it looks the same every time I visit:

Works for me with Feed Demon. Though I notice that Joel's feeds have no pubDate or guid, this makes it difficult for the aggregators to identify posts uniquely.

Probably just a bug with Bloglines. I sent the company an email regarding a problem I had (buggy support for "<body>" tags) and got a quick and friendly response promising they'd get it fixed. I like the service, but got the feeling they're still working out the kinks. Try sending them a message.

I was just going to ask this - seeing it with my new JoS reccomended Bloglines account too.

JoS RSS is still based on 0.91. He hasnt thought of RSS 2 yet.
