Disgruntled at JoelOnSoftware/Google search

So I'm looking for a post about 6 months ago by Albert Kallal, our resident MS Access expert, on how the Access paradigm works with the [Thingy]![Stuff].Kablooie way of addressing variabes.

That's easy, I reason, I'll just search on the string "]![" which should not occur too often. But this is considered a 'common word' and thus not recognized. Google doesn't do much better. What's worse is that Google has'nt indexed all the pages, and that the forum search defaults to ORing all the terms instead of ANDing them.

Ok, rant over. Any suggestions on finding this post?

The above did still return a page full, and the above was about the 20 one...

AFAIK, search engines don't index punctuation, nor various other bits of 'noise' such as 'and'/'or' etc.

I think we've discussed the inadequacies of Search engines (particularly regarding searching for tech stuff) before. I see thy have part way fixed the ".NET" issue anyway.

After all the problems of searching for COM and .NET info, I predict the next new thing from Microsoft will be ORG, or perhaps EDU.

Actually, the next thing from Microsoft will be GOV. :-)
