Here's an online multi-traceroute tool... you pick the source locations/countries and let it try to get to the destination site/IP.
You can try http://www.cycletraders.com/ . It monitors your website from many different locations. I used it for a while about a year ago or so (maybe a little less), but I found the results to be difficult to interpret. Maybe they've improved the system since I used it, though.
