Trial Edition of Visual Studio
Is there a way to get a Trial Edition of Visual Studio in North America. The MS site says the trial edition is temporarily unavailable to customers in North America. Anyone know when it'll be available again?
Download the SDK for free and #Develop (Sharp Develop) which is a free IDE.
There is a 90 day free trial of the complete VS.NET in some of the VB.NET/C# MSPress books. Also, VB.NET or C#, with the entire VS.NET IDE, comes free in the "Deluxe Learning Editions" book and program package sets. List price is $99, but most places have them for only $69. Not exactly a free trial, but reasonably cheap.
Contact your local .Net user's group (if you have one). They handed out free trials at mine- and had plenty left over.
