Generating Documentation

In Visual Studio .NET, if you've got a C# project template of any kind, one can simply type "///" above a message and have the skeleton of documentation produced for them.

As much as I love C# I have to use VB.NET for a project I'm working on - how does one do the same thing in VB.NET project templates?  I've tried the following:
to no avail.

Thanks in advance

Use a 3rd party add-in, or wait for VS 2005

If you really want to use that, but can't use the add-in, or wait for VS2005, how about writing your own add-in ?

Or, how about using something like CoseSmith to help you with all the templating, etc.

Or, as a last resort, how about just typing the comments out in full for now ? It isn't that complex/verbose and at least it'd be there for future use.
